Thank you for asking about my order.  When I was ready to enter my Mastercard info, I noticed there was no "secure website lock" indicator at the bottom of the screen.  No problem - I just called my order the following day.  Patti Evans was your customer service rep who assisted me.  When I gave her my card info she emailed me back that it would not go thru.  Since I work at the bank which issued the card I could see that the expiration date was input incorrectly causing an "expired date" denial.  Your card services company reversed it because their system could not handle an expiration date that far into the future (02/11).  I assume they thought the info I had given was incorrect and reversed it causing the denial.  I explained to your service rep - Patti - that your card services company was out of Mastercard regulation compliance by not being able to take an expiration date that far into the future.  Very soon, I had another email from Patti that your card services company was taking care of the problem and I also saw an approval come across on my Mastercard.  I emailed Patti that she was the best customer service rep I had ever worked with. Your company should be proud of your customer service! This email to me with your concerns as to why I did not finish my order is another fine example of your service.

My husband and I remodeled our bathroom and could not find a brass triple-rocker switch plate. We searched on the internet and finally hit on your website. Your website was very organized, the pictures were good and your selection is just what we had been looking for. Locally, we had looked at Lowe's and Home Depot in Hutchinson, Kansas. They only carried up to double-rocker switch plates. We are planning a thousand-foot addition to our home in the spring and your website is now on our list of favorites to shop on the internet.

Thanks again for such good customer service. Don't let any CEO let you cut back in that area. It seems too many companies have tried to save budgets in this area and don't realize the public is willing to pay a little extra for good, prompt service, and a quality item. Your customer service rep saved a sale and created a repeat customer.

I first learned about your products through a Yahoo search for tin switchplates. I checked other sites, but yours had a better selection and after ordering, I was impressed with the quality of your product. Similar products are flimsy and your pewter covers are heavy and thick-very nicely made and with great detail; some look like they were pressed out of a cheap mold on an assembly line, but yours look like they are high quality and constructed with care! I went to the PO today and they found the package!  We live on a gated property and we sometimes have problems with deliveries.  The PO usually leaves a redeliver notice in our mailbox but we never got one.  Thanks for your quick response to my email.  The switchplates are wonderful.  I put some of them up. And I gave the enclosed brochures to my friend to show his wife.  When we need replacements or more we'll order from you.
