Aluminum Floor Box Nozzle or Tombstone model number AP-FDN-709-A Electrical Floor box for up to (4) Duplex Receptacles. 4 3/4''H 4 1/4''L 4 1/4''D.

This box needs two covers. it is one for the receptacles used, and then the blank cover (AP-712-A) is used to hide all the wires. CERTIFIED TO CSA STANDARD C22.2 #18.1
CONFORMS TO UL STANDARD 514

This box is used by many food stores, like Publix Food Stores in the Southeast and East Coast of the USA.
