Return Policy
Effective 5-23-2007

Call us within 30
days of the receipt of your order for a return merchandise
authorization (RMA) number at 1-800-260-1181. Write the RMA on
the outside of the box. Any return without an RMA number will not receive credit.

Returns
MUST be sent in a
BOX.
Returns sent in ANYTHING other than a box will
not receive credit. PLEASE TAPE THE BOX CLOSED!!

There is a 20%
restocking fee for the return of in stock items. There is a 25%
restocking fee for floor boxes and a 30% restocking fee for custom
wood, custom finishes and “Anne At Home” returns.

All orders are
filled using a duplicate of your order. WE DO NOT REWRITE
ANY ORDERS. If you ordered incorrectly, we will place a
second order and we will recharge your credit card. When we receive
your return we will credit your card, less shipping and re-stocking
fee.

If you ordered
correctly, but we sent the wrong merchandise, we will send the
correct merchandise and a postage paid call tag for the return.

Any packages
marked “REFUSED” or “RETURN TO SENDER” will NOT receive a credit.

Items returned
“POSTAGE DUE” will receive credit less restocking fee, original
postage amount, postage due amount and 10% processing fee. If there
is no RMA number, there will be NO credit.

Items must be
returned in resellable condition, in original packaging. Broken,
scratched or otherwise damaged returns will not receive credit. For
your protection, please insure your return.

Items must be
returned in adequate padding BETWEEN EACH PART to prevent damage.
Flip the screws to the back of the plate to prevent scratches to the
front. There must be enough padding to secure the merchandise and
prevent the merchandise from bouncing around in the box. Returns
sent unsecured in the box, as evidenced by rattling or broken glass,
shall be returned to you UNOPENED.
FOR OUR PROTECTION: This return policy is on file with
our credit card processing company. If you did not receive credit
because of your failure to adhere to this policy, and you attempt to
contest your credit card charge as a result, YOUR CLAIM
WILL BE DENIED.
