When you need a telephone jack, Cable connector, or CAT5 or CAT6 for Ethernet, here is how we do that to compliment all our Light Switch Covers - Outlet Covers.  We insert these low-voltage devices into our GF or Decora-type switch plates, and they are available in the colors to outlet receptacle covers you have chosen.  Also, housings for the low voltage switch plates with 6 devices on one wallplate. These switch plate covers are all mid-sized covers, and slightly larger but not jumbo-sized. A slightly larger size usually will cover up bad drywall cuts around the electrical receptacle box openings, whereas a standard-size light switchplate may not.
